PACHYCEPHALOSAURUS

Pachycephalosaurus – a herbivorous dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous, living about 70–66 million years ago. It was characterised by its thick, domed skull, which may have been used in fights between males for territory or mates. Adults reached 4–5 metres in length and were lightweight, with strong hind limbs that allowed them to run quickly.

Fun fact: its thick skull may also have served as protection against predators.
