A model inspired by the martial law imposed in Poland on 13 December 1981 by the communist authorities to suppress the opposition, especially the “Solidarity” movement. At that time, curfews were introduced, civil liberties were restricted, and many activists were arrested. The army took control of the country, and everyday life became full of hardship and fear. The model shows what daily life looked like during that period.
